ALL VENDORS WELCOME AS SPACE PERMITS.

There will be a $30,000.00 - 50/50  RAFFLE. See raffle page for rules and information.
ONLY 300 TICKETS AVAILABLE!! WINNER DOES NOT HAVE TO BE PRESENT.

Chili Cooks that pre-register and are cooking BOTH DAYS will receive $5.00 discount on ENTRY FEES.
Craft and Food Vendors will need to be setup and ALL vehicles removed by 4:00PM Friday. You will NOT be ALLOWED to remove items until event closes on Saturday because of safety concerns.
Food vendor spaces are very limited.

ALL VENDOR SPACES ARE ON A 1ST COME 1ST SERVED BASIS.
 
  We also have Motel rooms blocked off at the SLEEP INN in Ruston for anyone the needs one.  Please call 318-232-1100 to reserve your room today!!
 
We have 41 RV Spaces available for the Chili Cookoff. The Spaces are $25.00 PER DAY.
If you would like a RV Space for the Chili Cookoff. PLEASE, email us ASAP with information.

Friday January 18th is an open chili cook-off.
Saturday January 19th is Texas Red chili cook-off.

CASI rules apply to both competitions.

FRIDAY:
Cooks meeting 4:30PM
cooking starts immediately after.
Judging begins at 8:30PM
Saturday:
Cooks meeting 9:00AM
Cooking starts
At 10AM with
Judging begins at 2PM

  CHECK-IN
Chili Cooks Only
Friday January 18th anytime after 9:00AM.
Must be setup before cooks meeting at 4PM.
Saturday January 19th,
7AM to 9AM.

ALL OTHER VENDORS:
Friday January 18th setup starts at 9AM
and MUST be setup and
ready for Public by 5PM.

 Event opens Friday at 5PM
to the public and closes at 10PM.
Saturday it opens at
8AM and closes at 6PM.
